The guys have been assisting with a community project at Little Ducklings School, where they have been involved in building and other practical work. This has been a wonderful opportunity for them to use their skills, work together and give back to the community.

As we continue, we do have some ongoing needs. The recovery house is currently in need of maintenance and repairs, as well as continued funding towards the day-to-day running of the home, including food, toiletries, household necessities and general upkeep. To help us meet these needs, we have also started a BackaBuddy campaign to help keep Eli-yashib Recovery Home running. We are hoping to raise funds that will assist with the maintenance of the home and the ongoing costs of caring for the men in the programme. 

We are thankful for how far Eli-yashib has come and for every life that has been touched through the programme. Our hope is to continue creating a safe environment where men can recover, grow, develop responsibility, serve their communities and ultimately move forward into a healthier and more purposeful life.
